I am getting very excited and looking forward to our Missions trip.
We are meeting to go over several things we plan to do for the children and how the young couple we are going to help has planned our time while we are there.

It is going to be something new, awe inspiring, and challanging.

I cannot wait!!!

The young couple we are going to help are found in the picture above.  They have a wonderful story of how they came to Belize City and dedicated their lives to help the street children and youth of this enormous city.

"Our hearts were bent for Belize six years ago when we first visited the country. As we traveled the dusty road through our bus window we saw school children run to the fence to smile and wave as we passed. The school and yard were dirty. Barren. Sad. The picture remains in our minds. We knew then we must go back and MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of the children of Belize."

What Will We Do

We will be staying in Belize City, Belize which is located on the east coast of Central America. We will be working with Heath and Amanda Burchett who are missionaries to Belize in which Reynolda, my church, supports. Our ministry will be with street children and youth workers in the local churches. We will take time to get to know and share our love with these children.

I am so excited to share this expierence with all of you.
I leave for Belize City, Belize on February 12th 2011.
